Real estate transactions Subcommittee
The subcommittee deals with analysing the increasing role of real estate transactions across the EU. The real estate agents’ commitment required by European and national authorities is vital for preventing money laundering in this sector of the economy.
The subcommittee’s goal is to increase the awareness of real estate operators of the strategic role of EPPO within the EU and to act proactively in their professional areas.
