Il ciclo di lezioni sulla Procura europea (EPPO) prosegue con un approfondimento dedicato alla tutela giurisdizionale rispetto ai suoi atti. La lezione del 25 febbraio offrirà una panoramica sui principali poteri e sulle tipologie di atti adottati dall’EPPO, per poi concentrarsi sulle disposizioni del Regolamento EPPO relative al controllo giurisdizionale. Saranno analizzate l’evoluzione legislativa di queste norme e le prime pronunce giurisprudenziali in materia.
A guidarci in questa analisi sarà Marta Ramat, dottoranda presso l’Università di Milano-Bicocca, che conduce ricerche proprio sulla Procura europea.

The lecture series on the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) continues with an in-depth look at judicial protection with respect to its acts. The lecture on 25 February will give an overview of the main powers and types of acts adopted by the EPPO, and then focus on the provisions of the EPO Regulation relating to judicial review. The legislative development of these rules and early case law on the subject will be analysed.
Leading us through this analysis will be Marta Ramat, a PhD student at the University of Milan-Bicocca, who conducts research on the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.
